Return and Refund Policy

All products purchased via InterClinical Laboratories may be returned or exchanged. Please advise InterClinical Laboratories within 7 working days of receiving your order, unless stated otherwise. You can contact us on 02 9396 2888, or via email at lab@interclinical.com.au.

InterClinical Laboratories will not refund change of mind purchases.

All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit card statement) and any refunds processed will be performed using the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

Dispatch and delivery

This policy applies to products purchased from the website Interclinical.com.au. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Shipping is currently available within Australia. International shipping will incur an additional charge.

InterClinical Laboratories will dispatch the purchase order upon received payment in full and in cleared funds.

Some delivery might require a signature on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, when the shipment is sent, and the size and weight of the shipment, however the products will be delivered within a reasonable time, taking into account these factors.

Our internal policy and aim is to dispatch product orders within 24 – 48 hours from the time of order.

Within Australia, goods are generally delivered within 1 – 5 business days, depending on the location. Overseas deliveries using express services can take between 3 days to 3 weeks to be delivered.

Delivery times mentioned in any quotation, order confirmation or elsewhere are approximate only and are not of any contractual effect. Unless contrary to any relevant law, InterClinical Laboratories is not liable to you for failure to deliver any products or services by a particular date or dates and any delay in delivery will not extinguish your obligation to accept the products or services or to pay for them.

The products will be at your risk from the time that they are delivered to the address specified by you when placing your order. To the extent permitted by law, InterClinical Laboratories will not be liable for any damage to the products or deterioration in the products after the products are delivered to the address specified by you.
